  • No. The FBI still accepts mailed ink cards. However, many employers and licensing agencies now prefer or require live scan (electronic) submissions, so it’s best to confirm with your requesting agency before booking.

  • No. Clients are responsible for mailing or submitting their completed fingerprint cards to the requesting agency or channeler.
